 Re: thats some awesome match porting right there haha cheers guys but im not too woried bout this prob. This is what they looked like when i bout them. as you say a die grinder will fix this no prob and yes im gna dowel both manifolds to align them correctly to the head.

 Re: thats some awesome match porting right there u may find that this could just be the gasket being too big,most of the time they are made bigger to ensure they dont block the ports.

 Re: thats some awesome match porting right there i think you could be right, u must dowel the flange to the head so is aligned properly then cover the head with marking blue and then mark it with a scriber.
