I think this is NLA (no longer available). Pitroad doesn't show it in their NISMO catalog. Of course the March/Micra Turbo clutch is the new hot item.

This is just the disc. The pressure plate (cover) is sold separate.

Cable/hydraulic hasn't anything to do with the clutch disc itself, but more with your transmission, what's it set up for?
