yes thankfully driver (wife) walked away with cuts and brusing,
after stripping the car i found even more damge to bulkhead (it was back past 90deg) into the cabin could not press any of the pedals and the tunnel has a 3 layer fold in it, we think the engine has gone back about 6" into the car.
even the prop had a 45deg bend in it

Did ya salvage any of the engine or such. How do engines go in such crashes, I've never crashed a car so I dunno what can usually be salvaged, if anything

i still have the engine, but as the engine took most of the hit it did take some damage like a big chunk off the rear of the block,
the turbo head inlet are still good so i'm going to take them off,
The CA18ET here in the UK is very soft and i know quite a few people that have used as a convsersion have had the engine blowup( con rod out the block) so it's not much of a loss ,
i kept every thing off the car (i have another 2 same model even one from Aussie)that i could use even roof sections as i had just finished 9 month restro on it 2 months before
