Haha, somehow its a household name here, but I couldn't even tell you who he is. There used to be a Eddie Bauer edition Ford SUV.

Eddie Bauer is a big deal here in USA. He was the guy who made down parkas fashionable, you know the big alaskan-style coats. That was back in the 1930s. Today the Eddie_Bauer company is famous for "outdoors clothing".

And also the very successful Ford Eddie Bauer editions (Bronco, Explorer, Expedition, Excursion), which have tan lower panels -- outdoors colors I guess, similar to the copycat Subaru Legacy L.L. Bean Edition which is not so common. I see the Fords all over the place.
