As for the black bumper? I'm, sure it's an economical way to save a rusty one, but with all of the other parts still being chrome, well, ...., I don't know.
Is this a one piece bar, or two piece, & what's the deal with the white rectangular piece on the headlight?

 Re: black bumper It's a two-piece front bumper. One side was rusty and blistering. Now that I've had it on the car a while, I think the black bumper is definitely ugly. It might look OK on a dark colored car, but not on white.
The white sticker on the left headlight is the Blue Lake show number. I'm glad I went this year because the last sticker (from 2 years ago) was just about worn off.
