TIRES: 165/55R12 - 167 mm overall tire width as measured (6.56")
Tire outside edge to fender inside lip clearance:
Right: +4mm
Left: -7mm (sticks out past inner fender lip,)
average: -1.5mm (-0.06 inch) |

Zero offset puts the 165mm-wide tires right at the outside edge of the wheelwell. Wider tires would need some positive offset.
