I am running a 32/36 weber with 1mm main and 2mm secondary jets.

cheers dog 160 Ive started a replica of the turbo set we/you had intakes nearly all done ..........
so obiously you will be making some sort of hat for the carby but what do you do to the carby to stop it leaking from the pressure thats the best way i can explain it cheers .........

The standard gaskets are fine to about 10psi. I heard that years ago, they made a neoprene gasket kit for pressure applications. I will be sealing it with urethane once the dyno set up is sorted, or I may buy a sheet of neoprene/nitrile rubber and make the gaskets. My carby hat uses an o-ring machined into the lip. Will put photo's up when I can.

i did sell a complete package a few weeks ago still a little involved with fitting it tho but still quite easy
