In South Africa things tend to go missing over night.... luckly it didn't have an engine.

@2QK4U
Where exactly are you from here in South Africa?

As the saying goes here on our side:
"Africa is a tough country".
It is really bull$hit living here.Have to look constantly over your shoulder to know what is happening around you when walking in the streets to be prepared for a mugging if it should happen.
Nissan 1400 bakkies are high on priority lists of car thiefs because they are easy to steal and parts are high on demand.
You get use to this kind of living.
It's almost like the wild west.

1200GXman i was 6 when i left so i dont recall alot or i could be inaccurate - but from whinchestor hills in Joburg. i went to Robertsham primary - my sisters went to Sir John high. apparently im from the southern suburbs which is now considered black areas yeah? i can still speak afrikaans pretty fluently but i cant spell or right it. My sister is there at them moment, and after a few calls needing directions to get places she drove straight past soweto 12pm at night due to her ignorance... my mother quickly flew over there the other mornign to make sure she stayed in the so called safer areas. My mother was definitely fearing for my sisters life.

i remember being hijacked in my driveway when dad was a way on a hunting trip, my mom was beaten up bad and i had pretty bad mental issues cause of it for years, had panick attacks and all sorts. SA;s definitely a tough place to be - not a place to try bring up a family.
I have type of forgotten what SA was all about but i guess its important see recall this and appreciate a place like Aus. funny thing is all the SA poeple believe thats what lifes meant to be like - they dont know any better.

anyways lol thats my story. i guess us over here reading this might see what clive ahh\s to deal with.

I recently learnt that when you leave South Africa these days, you can't take your money with you.

There is a small limit, but the government takes the rest. Any rich South African you meet outside of their home country has either made it big since leaving the country, or has smuggled the cash out.

If it wasn't for the Bakkies and the many nice South Africans I know, I would not be interested in the country at all... Except to learn the people management mistakes of more recent times.

Some fvckwit douchebag son of a bitch futhermucker tried to theif the mags of my charger last weekend. It's sitting in mums backyard. She thought she heard noises, so I checked it out on sunday. they had removed four of the wheel nuts, but were foiled by the puzzle nuts. Because so many toothless moaris, and dodgy old bogans have stopped by to ask if it's for sale. I tightened the puzzle nuts up to the point that no amount of hammering a smaller socket onto the nuts would undo them.
It's sitting on blocks now. Once my 1200 is back on the road and at my house, it'll be going into the garage.
