As you can see the counter weights are "scalloped".

This pic is from ebay but I've also seen one of these in the metal.

It's A12 but not 120Y or B310 A12, at least in my experience. Early 1200 perhaps?

There appear to be two different A14 cranks. Both interchangeable, both perfectly good units, but one weighs less than the other.
This one is my example of the lighter one before modification. Look familiar?
