4-speed vs. 5-speed Comparo. The bolts are a key to identifying a five speed.
All 5-speeds use clutch cable.
4-speeds come either clutch or hydraulic.

So I'm guessing that the hydraulic version was for LHD cars?

I notice even the B10's had a hydraulic option, according to my factory manual...

All the LHD cars have hydraulic clutch -- including the B10 that was sold in Canada.

I think the 63-series B210s got hydraulic on RHD, but am not sure.
