Nah its a Chev 350, not a home grown 308

I remember Brendan taking about this car a while back. I think he said it got neglected and the weather got to it

A toyota motor wont fit in there for love or hate, sorry to break it to you. A few years ago we tried to put the toyo motor in a vl and it wouldnt fit, it is actually 160mm wider again than a holden v8 which is alot wider than a chev!!!

The Toyota motor fits... friend has one sitting in my wife's old ute. Problem is the exhaust. I don't see him ever finishing it but I don't see it being impossible either.

i wouldnt do the lexus conversion anyway. When you can get more power and torque out of an SR20DET why bother with an 8?? it wouldnt go round corners anyways..

And an SR really enhances a b110's handling. Mite as well fit an FJ!

 Re: 350 chev 1200 coupe
yeah the motor fits minus exhaust thats not really the motor is it??? The exhaust would go straight into the chassis rail from my guestamates, and chassis rails around front suspension arent the easiest to chop out and modify!!!

 Re: 350 chev 1200 coupe
but then again you can get a mustang 2 rolls royce motor in a 55 chev so anything will fit with enough modification

I'm a big fan of Forced induction, why let the pistons do all the work sucking in air when I turbo could smash it in there.
