Maybe an Aussie can tell us. I reckon circa 1985, it is a newer style graphics, but similar to the 1980 books. 1985 was the last year for B120 in Australia.

Velociti, that's an owners manual (glovebox manual).

The one in the pic above is a Factory Workshop Manual
