Ive got 2x Airhorns on a small electric compresser. Only draws 1.2 Amps.

We dont need load horns for animals here in SA, they are for the minibus taxi's which are everywhere.

Oooo, is that what that was. I couldn't figure out what it was for when I redid my wiring, so I threw it out. The horn now runs of the green/white and black/green wires directly...

I'd look into either fixing it...or using a later model horn from another car that draws less current.

I used a toyota AE86 horn (was laying around), it draws about 2 amps, and it works fine without a relay.

Indeed. Datsun 1200 horns each draw 5 Amps (spiral type horns). That's 10 AMP through the the horn button, probably will burn out sooner or later.
