Heavy Braking at Wakefield datman55 2008/1/11 3:02 Tell a friend 1818 5 0.00 (0 votes)
Running the new 50 series tyres has let me get the car much closer the ground..... This shot is coming into turn one at Wakefield Park under heavy braking. We hit about 185 kph on the straight before turning through the kink and standing on the brakes! |

Re: Heavy Braking at Wakefield It's been a while guys since I have been active on the forums (any forums) but hopefully 2008 will slow down a little and give me some more time to get back on here and mingle.....
Anyway, here is a shot of the car in action now with 50 series tyres!

Re: Heavy Braking at Wakefield good to see. looks better on the 50 series tyres too. one of the better rule changes IPRA have made imo any improvements in times for the tyre change?
I'm supposed to be going down to Wakefield next weekend - not entirely sure I will yet. I was a bit worried about hitting the 180kph speed limiter on my Supra there, but if you're just over that I shouldn't get anywhere near it!
