the tyres on the beans look bulbus as all hell. Is it the look you're going for because i rekon a lower profile would do a lot for it.
In the end they are both rims that are very common (see unoriginal). Beans own the trx's though. The trx's have such a horible offset.

the jellybeans are miles ahead of the trx rims, flaring the guards will be worth it.

I like the old skool deep dish ones but having to flare the guards is a pain.

I like those wheels better if they were to sit in more.
The other wheels remind me of supercheap hubcaps.

I like these wheels, but dont think that you should use them as I think that the car looks great without the flared guards

The wheels are of the front of the orange 1000 they are 6 slot I think the 60 class tyre matches the era and a better ride so there is more comments for the old school wheels lookes like I will have to flare the guards then or opt for another type rim the trx rims are gone then thanks fellas.

I like the wire look wheels, but maybe they could look better with a lower profile tyre on them.
I wouldn't like you to flare the wheel arches, as it looks better against the smooth flatter lines of the car.

Just a quick question?
Was the datto 1000 colour originally silver with a purple stripe.
And do you have a red 1200 ute with canopy.
If so you may remember me with a couple of 120y coupe's.
If so it's such a small world. and I think you live next door to one of my old work mates that works at Burson Auto Parts.
Because he mentioned about his next door neighbour having a datto 1000.

Go the jellybeans, TRX rims are so 80's.

I'm certain you would get them under the guards, probably get away with rolling the lip and tapping the inner guard to get clearance. If not get 10mm skinnier tyres.

i've been looking at the comments about the TRX rims .... they aren't TRX rims ...
go the beans tho if you can get them under the rear without anything more than just rolling/lipping it, if it need more - like flaring, then start looking for a diferent set with the right offset to suit.

they are even fuglier than TRX rims... The jellybeans dont look too extreme offset wise, shouldnt take a whole lot to fit them without rubbing.

Oh yeah, anyhow they can still go into the same basket of ugliness (only my opinion).

Im sure its not just your opinion. Is it not coincidence that many are refering to these wheels as TRX's

I would try getting a thinner tyre and then stretch the sidewalls, all depends on rim width and offset, but the jellys look cool enough.
