By the looks of the logo in the top left of the pic they are from Z centre. I have never heard of the company but could be worth checking out for all the little bits and pieces that are interchangeable between our model cars and the Z's.
If you got these though, where would it end? Chromed hinges, chromed bolts... it could end up costing a motza would look pretty nice though.

There was this VW a Summernats that had billet everything. Every hinge, bracket, piece of trim, even the engine, was hand formed by the bloke who owned it, took something like 3000 man hrs. Looked cool, like these locks, but as you said, imagine the cost.
