Is that PCV hose going into the cabin

Nice long runners, looks like you are going custom inlet too, EFI?

good luck mate the first time this thing gets hot the whole thing is gonna just fall to ####, hate to tell you but u need to make it out of 4mm thick steel pipe not exhaust pipe the only way itcould maybe work is if you brace the turbo solidly to the engine even then i wouldnt run is. not baggin you out only trying to save you more hassles.

I agree with Kegs,
When that gets hot its gonna sag really bad..
Trust me i did the same, then i made my next one out of steam pipe bends...
Looks the goods for sure but a tad too thin i think....

Nopes, its not going to the cabin Heater hose is just temporarily leaning on the breather pipe.

Gonna go EFI later, megasquirt probably. I'm going to start with the original manifold, adapter plate and weber DAT 32 turbo carburettor.

Ok. This is the first tbo manifold I ever built. I pretty much copied the idea from Finn's design:

He hasn't been having any major problems with these sorts of manifolds and he has built several fast turbo Datsuns with similar manifold.

1200 turbo project

The only reason why I did not use steam pipe bends that they were much more expensive than J-pipes for building exhaust manifold. I might build some kind of support for the manifold... It might look brittle on the photo but it is quite sturdy. Well, we gonna see how its going to be when it gets hot.

No, that is just regular steel.
