looks like the factory rubber/metal bracket that bolts to gearbox plus an adapter plate. Pretty easy to make.

You can make one out of a flat piece of metal:





And then use long bolts, with spacers, to connect to the factory tunnel mounts.

The bracket in the photo here is probably not flat. I think the ends curve up to meet the tunnel brackets.

That's nice. Does anyone sell this? I'm going to a 5-spd sooner or later in my 1200, and always take the easy way out if I can....

very nice dd, is this the mount that bolts onto the front mount of the box. i think this may be the reason why my 60 series extension housing is in 3 pieces right now. or like mine does this one bolt onto the back mount and then onto the 1200 mounting point on the body?
