try e-bay for new-old-stock (NOS) or try speaking to Nissan in South Africa. they still produce the 1200 ute or bakkie.. might be your best bet for this 'new' datsun stuff you ask for.

Bad news: Production stopped at the end of 2007

Nissan USA still has new dash, why not Nissan AU?
