just about any speed shop will sell soft mounts for webers/dellortos etc. they'll be the rubber 'O' ring type.

yea had a pair of those and they suck balls(redline brand)... atm im back to just a cork gasket which i guesss is workin fine.

The redline brand ones aren't very good, ok if kept in use and not allowed to dry out, also you can't overtighten.

I have a box of lynx ones with replaceable o-ring on both sides and they are by far the best available in australia and have served me well so far.
