I'm looking at this picture, and I'm wondering why the truck isn't lefthand drive. Then I think maybe you've flipped the pcture, but the lettering on the billboards is correct. So is it just a right hand drive ute, or is there some places in USA that drives on the right(read correct) side of the road...

Yes, now I can drive on the right side of the car, but still have to drive on the left side of the road... it didn't take long to get used to it.

Weed is near the Oregon border.

Notice how inexpensive gasoline is relative to your country, only $4.65/gallon (3.78 liter). That's only $1.23/liter. It's even less in WA and Oregon.

Just a trick of the light as it actually has full depth tread. I guess they are pretty wide tires, I should look at the size.

Yes even allowing for the FX difference still cheap. In NZ around half the pump price is tax.
