the 79 refers to the tyres load rating with 79 meaning that tyre can handle 437kg's and the h refers to the speed rating meaning that tyre should not be driven faster than 130mph / 210kph.

130mph / 210kph. could be fun... a whole 50km/h faster than I have been in my ute, and it was fun...

yeah i'd be suprised if a ute with an a-series would do over 210kph. top speed is boring anyways i've been 160kph in our golf on the track and been in the car when dads done 220kph in our old s4 but it's the slamming on the brakes hooking round the corner and accelerating out where all the fun is.
