the tray is 1.6mm and the tubs are 2mm. they are only for show
and the tubs are 180 wide, im not sure how much wider the are from the originals

how come you didnt just extend the originals? or round the edges/sides like the originals? I think having them very square edged on a 1200 kinda looks off

Looks like a clean job mate, I love seeing extended origional tubs tho looks uber clean and sometimes you cant even tell there tubbed but good work mate

looks alright, its a good look having flat tray, Are you running tyres to fill them tubs? for a bit of drag racing perhaps? big Fats on the back will look the part!
