It looks to be a 1967 DeLuxe VB10 if the bumper is original.
It has a 1969 or '70 grille & headlight trims & 1969/'69 front guards. I'm guessing the front clip was liberated from a 1969 donor. The indicator spear that we can see is installed backwards.

Pitty really as the 1967 front is both unique within the model lineup & not too hard on the eyes at all.

yea its pretty much the way i gott it minus the halfa respray.

the lights are in bakwards cos i just waked em in they arent hooked up. ive since turned em around
