What is this Q-car thing? Sometimes the american car magazines say Q-ship, but I've never understood it.

It's a very deception B210 sedan. The caption says:
ここにもツブB210がきているぞっ!!(whatever that means, I recongize "this" at the beginning and "B210" in the middle)

Ya.

You kinda have to look twice, not because you see it, but because you don't actually notice it.

Wolki does this have the slammed look too?

I still have no idea what the hell the 'slammed' look is.

"120Y" is just a market name. But the car in the picture is a B210 in any country -- it is stamped B210 on the Nissan ID plate under the bonnet.

"Slammed" means it has been lowered. As if some giant took the palm of its hand and slammed it down on your car.

clyons8 did you edit your post? i don't remeber reading your slammed question.
umm slammed isn't really a look as much as it means the car has been lowered a fair bit, like how this one is really low to the ground so yeah i spose you could call it slammed but any car that is really low can be called slammed whether it be a mini truck, a datsun on 13's or a merc on 20's.
