Short video 8,000 RPM and 10 pounds boost

The blue button is for the supercharger clutch.

It is a Mercedes CLK Kompressor. Driven off a Ford 5.0 pulley bolted to the crank in front of the existing A15 pulley. Sounds too simple, but it works and it doesn't slip.

In this 29-second video, listen for the blow-off valve noise, a sort of hissing sound.
Those with "free-rev phobia" should not watch this:

DD,
Thanks for stopping by and shooting the videos. The weather was a little cruddy to head down to SIR for Sunday's drags. We even got a little snow.

The car is still a project and is not complete. I have to install the intake and cut holes in the hood for the cold air hood scoops. I do have an intercooler but have yet to figure out how to fit it in. With the electric fan out front, it kind of is taking up the space I need.

It's a kick to drive

That's a really neat setup. Sounds like she's got the goods.

What carburettors are those?

The carbs are Weber 34/34 or 36/36. I bought them new about 10 years ago and I have forgotten. I'll check my paperwork when I get home. Both butterflys are the same size.
I hope to get some drag footage this summer. DD said he'd come out to the track with me.

Oh, I forgot, DD gave me a ride in his Ute. First time riding in a right hand drive car. Boy that felt wierd. I needed a Steering Wheel in my hand. Beautiful little truck.
