yaaayyy! after 3 months its finally got spark! bit of flame out the carbs but its all good,cant wait to test drive next weekend when i get my tailshaft back. :D

yea its the rad from the bluebird cut down 50mm to fit the height, mine has the auto tunnel but using the bluebird longtail 5spd i had to cut the tunnel at the back to fit the shifter,and move the handbrake back 2 inches,a stanza gearbox will eliminate this problem. the sump will need a few good whacks with a hammer,i used cut down blubird engine mounts and lowered the 1200 xmember mounts by half.while your under there,lower the sway bar about 30mm to clear the engine. if you run extractors they'll need to be custom made to fit past the steering. everythings a tight fit.good luck,its been a long 3 months working on it almost every night after work and all weekend but itll be worth it.until i get pulled over...."Yes officer,its a standard motor,see,look,it says nissan!"
