Nice & clean. Where'd you get that blue vac hose? And what's with the massive brake res?.............. Hey 2332owner, do you ever get up to Tachikawa AFB? (may have reverted to JP) I ask 'cause there was a red '73 Skyline GTR for sale just outside one of the main gates in Dec '01. Tiny little used car dealer (15 cars) cattering to AF personnel. Their logo was a rabbit. If you're ever in the area........

2332 owner, what are the emissions law in Japan. Are you allowed to do any/many modifications, or only certain "approved" part changes?

The blue vac hose was there when I bought it but you can buy it just about anywhere here. I won't be reusing it when the new motor's in.

The brake reservoir is stock. This truck's equiped with front disc brakes so that's why it probably looks funny.

Never heard of Tachikawa AFB so you're probably right it's probably been reverted to JASDAF. Where was it anyway? I'm assuming mainland. I live on a little island and don't get up to mainland often.

As far as emmissions laws they were meant to be broken right? Seriously though, they do an emmissions test but my truck is equipped with a catalytic converter so it probably shouldn't have passed a couple months ago with the damn thing hollowed out so I don't think they check too hard. The big problem I'm going to run into is registering it with the A14 because they check that kinda thing and I'll have to have the registration changed to reflect the bigger motor. Nothing that can't be taken car of.
