Here's my truck's current status... engine out, prepping for engine bay paint. Pitroad finishes my pistons end of August/early Sept. and it'll all go back together.

There cast but they'll do... I won't be racing it or anything just some spirited driving

Cast pistons are usually best for a street engine anyways: less noise, better oil control.

But if you run super high rpm or turbo, OK you need a stronger piston.

The expansion rate is also favorable in cast pistons compared to forged.

Yeah that's what I thought so I shopped around and didn't find a better deal... I'm very open to suggestions! Anyone know where to find 79mm A14 19mm floating pin pistons? Thanks in advance!!
