The butterfly set up that the eight port motors had was probably wonderful on the congested slow moving roads of japan. But since I'm going to be running a screw blower on my CA, low end response isn't going to be a problem. (But traction might be!)

I actually met a guy in hawkes bay who had a 120Y with the set up you were thinking of building. It had sidedrafts, and a dizzy mouned off the zhorst cam.
