Used a product developed locally called "The Must for Rust". Seems to have done a good job neutralizing and stopping the spread. I also use medical syringes(w/ out needle) to squirt into those hard to reach areas. Supposedly makes a chemical bond. This has been rained on for months and the treated rust has not flared up.
