My first car was a 73 model GL Subaru, very similar but with a GL/GX like bonnet bulge.
The EA81 motor was a very good engine except for the hydraulic lifters, clicky little buggers!

Looks like my dad back then and now but the Stache
is the only thing that has color after 40 years.
