Can see there is a nice gap (0.013 inch) between the valve stem and the rocker. At TDC, numbers 1,2,3 and 5 should have this gap. At the other TDC, number 4 and 6,7,8 should have the gap.

Also you can see the Valve Stem Seal is in place in the lower part of the valve (can see the silver spiral-wound keeper) in between the coils). If it was up toward the top something is wrong.
