This hole in the gasket is where the Power Valve signal goes.

This is the only spot where vacuum goes through the gasket. So a warped top can cause a problem if it allows vacuum to leak here, in which there is 1) a vacuum leak and 2) overfuel situation via power valve being always activated. Can't get it tuned properly.
