Re: Seat Belts Is the tongue on the 3rd point bolted to the same mounting point as the retractor? Or separate hole?

Re: Seat Belts Yes sir, I bolted it to the same bolt. In the Datsun 620 there are actually 3 mounting bolt spots (only two in the 1200)

Re: Seat Belts The reason I ask is because I am sourcing seat belts for my 1200 ute and 1200 coupe.
I noticed my 1200 ute has 2 mounting point spots only.
My 1971 Coupe however has 3 mounting point spots. 2 are the same as the ute, and the third is just above the back seat pretty far back near the end of the side windows. I think that is an usual spot since the seat belt would be blocking the view out the side window. I see in the tech wiki they changed this mounting point in 1972 models.

Re: Seat Belts Yes, the third bolt hole was an upper bolt hole
The 620 belts -- as I remember -- were designed for two lower bolts, but I could be wrong and perhaps they only used a single lower bolt like the late 1200 retracting belts
