That must have been a very popular colour on Datsuns. There are two 1200 coupes in my little village in that colour [plus a blue & a red one.] My sons 120Y sedan is also that colour. It looks purdy damn good when it's pollished too.

I don't think that they are original wing / fender / mudguard mirrors. The original Jap ones were mounted much further foward from memory. [Not often right, could be wrong again]
My 1000 sedan had the foward mounted mirrors & they were a royal pain. Fortunately my 1000 coupe has the optional door mounted ones.

Yes, this was a popular color in the US also -- but only on coupes. I've never seen this color on a 2-dr sedan.

I really like those tear-drop style fender mirrors. Fairly hard to find in the US. Would you sell them?

Could send you a set of something from here if you like.

If you had placed a comma after the first word, it changes the whole meaning of the sentence. [Pizpump,[I] just tried etc.]
Thats what grammar was invented for.

Comma or no comma. If you take the time to read the previous posts, it is obvious who was being emailed.

Hi Ant, looks like it has potential.

Is this the one that was on eBay a few months ago? If so, kudos to you for saving it from an uncertain fate!

Hi Ant-Dat

Nice coupe.
One word of advice.
Get that rust treated as soon as possible.
You are going to lose this one as well if not treated quickly.

Interested in selling those fender mirrors?

Or trade for some USDM mirrors?
