Ah, thanks for the picture. These never made it to the US.

This is probably the R3W56 3-speed column shift. My English 1971 B110 Chassis & Body book indicates it only only available on the Standard model, not on the Deluxe ... and only on sedan and wagon. However, the Japanese parts book (JDM models) says Deluxe or Standard.
