Thats an interesting one since Prince was a division of Nissan. I would have thought that if it was for one of the Prince models it would not have had the Nissan name on it.

That also looks like a factory part number, so i wonder what car it was originally intended for.

Maybe it was like when Datsun was changing names to Nissan, some cars were badged as both Datsun and Nissan?

Or Nissan aftermarket parts for Prince's?

That happened circa 1983.

Prince merged with Nissan in 1966. For a while some Prince vehicles were marketed as Prince, some as Nissan. Some as Nissan Prince. But never as Datsun -- Prince was upscale, Datsun was the more common models.

yeh yeh yeh i know that, ive read up on Nissan history etc before

Im just saying a explination for the sticker having both Nissan and Prince is that they may have done a simmiler thing when changing names from datsun to nissan, im not saying at the same time. just used both names n the same way to help smoothen the name change
