One small vaccuum line in the middle of the manifold goes to the fuel pressure regulator. Some of the other vaccuum ports are for power brakes and emissions junk which you won't need unless you're using power brakes. Also one vacuum line needs to go to the vaccuum advance on the distributor, and another needs to go to the blow off valve, wastegate actuators, MAP sensor, and any boost control or boost guages. Anything else pretty much gets plugged/not used. Then you've got electrical and water connections. Unless you have a GX head or a head that circulates water through the intake, I would suggest getting rid of all the junk on the bottom of the intake (EGR, temp sensor) and either plug up the holes or cut a metal plate to replace/plug that whole EGR/water piece on the bottom. You'll still need a water temp sensor for the ECU, so you can mount it somewhere else in the system. Then your injectors and your TPS (throttle positioning sensor) mounted to the throttle shaft will get hooked into the ECU as well. Fuel lines are easy, the big one is from the fuel tank, and the fuel pressure regulator is hooked into the fuel rail and gets hooked up to a return line back to the fuel tank. That's pretty much it for connections, but any aftermarket ECU you go with should explain how things get hooked up too. I would also suggest trying to replace that JOKE stock throttle body and find or fab something up a little bigger and port out the opening there (by the throttle body) on the intake as well. The throttle body I'm using is from a CA20E I believe and with minor mods it goes on easy and is way bigger. I can't wait to hear how it runs with twin turbos and injection!!!! KEEP US ALL POSTED and get that injection on there ASAP!!!

Oh and don't forget about Oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe, and air temp sensor will go in somewhere as close to the injectors as you want to put it (I used one of the vaccuum port holes on top).

Get a grip man!!!!!

1200rc.....depending on what computer you use, you probably won't need half of those hoses and wires. Probably just one vacuum line for the computer (and maybe some others for things like boost guage etc. whatever else needs vacuum). And the wires should just be for injectors, and they may be a temp sensor or something in there.

 Re: a15ett inj mock up
yeah if you have anything that tells me what all those numbers mean (part names or whatever) it would be great

there is some pics of a factort injection on here and it uses hardly any of the hoses too, so im going to try to mimic that as much as possible i guess
