What size is this piston, does it suit straight in the A12 cylinder-block?? Is this some aftermarket racepiston??

its a cosworth race piston for a12 engine with a .040" overbore uses a a12a con rod due to 19mm pin size these were available from nissan motorsports in yhe early 80's malvern racing has these available
