This just popped up on the home page as the random photo. It is so 1990, teal and blackout.

Looks good from the front:

I like it, its trashy and retro in a very cool way. The fact the photo is greenish adds to the oldskool aesthetic.
its different and suits the car.

Mmmmmmm, Im afraid I'm with MadTimo on this one

And the raised white lettering on the tyres is a bit of a no no as well (Just my opinion)

Hey Buff
Raised white letterig rocks. It goes just right with the fuzzy dice, 8 ball gear knobs & chrome baldy hubcaps with chrome trim rings.
I ran these on my wifes 1000 sedan on it's widened 12" steel rims. We painted the car & the wheels were body colour. It was cool.

I like the concept of the stripes, how they fold over the guards and down the side of the car.

But to my eyes the pink doesn't go well with the blue.

 Re: bobs dato
The reason he painted it with a pink stripe instead of the red stripe is because he didn't have any red paint.
apparently he copied the stripes from a model of a 1600, in full rally trim. the colours on that where white with red and blue stripes. went well though!!!
