This is the Ute I picked up. Just had to pay for delivery, unfortunately it is becoming a donor for my restored one.

Jeez your'e a lucky bugger finding that for free...I have been trying to find a ute for years now. Guys will pay good money for them, while I am still thinking of paying in 90's dollars. It is a shame you are on the mainland as I would happily relieve you of any of the leftovers. I really only want a cab section to build a flat deck 1200 on a 1200 Mazda chassis I have !!

!200 Cab with a flatbed? I kinda like the idea of that. With a separate chassis, you may have even more flexibility with engine choice.

I was gonna say the same thing.
Put a secodn hand motor in it and put some mags on it.
Take off that rack thing.
put 6 months rego on it.
Sell for $3,000

The motor goes sweet, but there is alot of corrosion you can't see, I agree it is a shame to cut it up, but it is for a good cause.

Your about the fourth person this week to ask. I have no definate plans, until my rustoration is completed. will post what parts are available then
