The leads are Eagle Eliminator Series 9mm leads. I got them at cost as a guy with a 120Y ordered them from my local parts store 2 years ago and never collected them. the bulge is simply nothing more thena moulding designed to make the removal from the plug easier. Apparently they're worth quite a bit but I don't know the retails amount. Are they any good... when testing them they seemed to produce a substantially better spark. But if you have Top Guns, I'd stay with them. Why spend money when you don't have to ?
