It doesn't seem to be rusting anymore.
Look as though a previous owner repainted my car and did something about the rust.
But I still have a rather large hole.
Any suggestions, on what to do with it?

I had the same problem (if you check my members folder you'd see)
That part where your rust is, is actually part of the sill, but a new sill is $25 from Craig Vayne sheet metal. do a search on his name, he's based in qld but posts anywhere.

Cheers

I dont know how you guys feel about fibreglass but Ive used it on my boot floor in previous cars and if done right it is hardly noticable (better that a big clumsy plate) and its as hard as hell, and any old fool can do it,and its light, and its cheep, and it doesnt rust! If its hidden by another pannel even better.

To get the old sills out I just simply cut them out, I don't know of any easier way, but if there is, it would have helped me alot.
