More Landau Irons.

I know it's a poor photo, but it shows the Landau irons on a white 1200 coupe with a white vinyl top.

 Re: More Landau Irons The photo of the 1200 coupe was taken in about 1976 or '77 & the woman who owned it bought it new from Capitol Motors, the NSW distributor for Datsun at the time.
My 1000 coupe came from the same place. Both have Landau Irons, so, while these do not show up in the parts book, it's apparent that they were fitted by the distributor or dealer, & this appears to have been done for a number of years.
Can anyone else come up with photos of these cars with vinyl tops, particularly with these Landau Irons? Please.
Compare with the ones in the photo of my 1000 coupe.

Re: More Landau Irons I had them on my 1200 coupe when I first got it [that was 15 years ago]. I was young and had no idea about them...they were removed and thrown away. They would be perfect for a classic restore. From memory they had "Datsun Deluxe" on the center emblem.....
