obx daytona seats, surprisingly bolted straight up, just had to file a few mil. and put spacers on drivers side rails because of the forward adjustment arm |

Re: my new seats yeah nice work kegs. They do make you sit lower in the car which takes a little time to get used to but I think it's better. The car would seem to handle better now that you aren't moving around in the seats. I've put in aftermarket seats myself but eliminated the rails. Basically I sit on the floor and I have a lot more headroom. I was going bald from leaving all my hair on the roof lining. Are you going to stay with the standard belts or are you thinking of putting in harnesses?

Re: my new seats yes to all, u do feel the handling alot better,u seem to be able to keep turning the wheel until u oversteer coz u arent moving ound the cabin for the time being ill be leaving the normal belts, just because of the fact its a daily driver ur in and out of seats all day, these ones are hard enuff to get in and out of, id love harnesses later on when i dont have to drive it everyday, ohh yeah they cost 269 each. cheers dudes

Re: my new seats i always say, with stock seats, the limit to your handeling is how much you can turn the steering wheel before you slide out of your seat, not when the tires slip

Re: my new seats yeah im with you on that one 1200rc
i wanna put some different sporty seats in my ute for more comfort and support...
but i dont wanna lose any room in the cabin (ie i dont wanna be sitting up higher or closer to the wheel)

Re: my new seats New seats make a massive difference to car as a whole, it changes youre driving style, gives you more confidence (im not sure if thats good or bad)
I was gonna go fixed back in my ute but found that my ass was too big to be comfortable in most of the ones i saw.... :)
Ange, the seats in my ute seem like the perfect compramise between race & street, and i think they take up less room than the original seats. I dont know how to link a photo but just check out my album.
By the way, Kegs your seats look awsome! good work. Johno
