 Re: Drivers View
Looking good. I have exactly the same steering wheel in my '85 ute. I just have one question. The indicator stalk functions as the high and low beam switch as well. It also pulls back towards the steering wheel (maybe to flash the headlights). In my ute the stalk hits against the steering wheel but there is nothing happening. Can someone tell me what is supposed to happen when you pull back on the lever?

The stalk can come towards you, but wont do anything with the high beam...
At leas in all the 1200s I have driven, you can't flash the headlights by pulling on it...
Perhaps later ones could..

On mine the normal position is back towards the driver and if you flick it forward the highbeams come on. The button on the end flashes the high beams.
