My 1st 1200 stirlingmac 2004/10/22 9:35 Tell a friend 6506 8 0.00 (0 votes)
First had a hot A series, then a L18 and now runs a bridgeported 13B. I no longer own it but it's still raced and is street legal. It has a RX3 diff and V6 Capri struts and brakes. The tyres are Bridgestone Eager 235-50-13's. |

Re: My !st 1200 Bloody hell! What an ugly boy I was too, and so thin back then!! Hey, I saw this car last year at the Alexandra road hillclimb in wgtn. Still going hard. You just cant keep a good 1200 down. Criminal shame about the bloody rotisarie wotsit under the hood.

Re: My !st 1200 This car was built in the late 80s. The capri struts were used to get bigger discs and the Ford bolt pattern was a close match to the Mazda rear pattern. This car still resides with it's owner Roundy Rowse in Johnsonville Wellington, NZ. The front arms were rose jointed and the negative camber look was all the rage back then!!!

Re: My !st 1200 Yep thats Manfield race track, and the tall guy in the ghastly orange overalls is club member TSILLAY (Timbo) former 1200 owner and racer. He now has only a 240RS to play in!!
