From the back you can see the small hit up the arse the car must have recieved before I got it. It had cracking bog so I have been sanding it back to metal for a re-bog. Interior is stripped of all sound proofing etc. It has a set of mags but both rear tyres are stock 155's for burnout purposes! Does a nice 3rd gear burnout too.

Axle tramp hasnt really happened in this coupe. But in my grey one, when it was registred, it used to do it all the time. I remember one day in the school car park (away from the teachers) I tryed to get onto a burnout and my mate said the arse end was jumping about all over the place. I then learnt to start it off on some dirt and edge forward onto the tarmac, works a treat. :)

Yeah the starting off on dirt or water thing is what I learnt too. Or you can start by cranking the steering wheel as far to the right as possible and then revving and dumping the clutch and then putting the foot on the brake.
Basically starting off with a doughie...

I have never been able to get second gear going in my car on the road though....

Few times on grass and stuff

To get a 3rd gear burnout going the first requirement would have to be the 155 tyres I mentioned. There is a concrete slab next to were my smashed coupe sits which happens to be where the hose is aswell. We put some water down and let rip. You have to try and keep the revs up from gear to gear but we were pulling nice revs out of 3rd!

We (mates and I) also got one going on gravel, I #### you not. Must have been some sturdy blue stone under neath or something but that smoked like hell. Looked like my backyard was on fire!

dude!
You get 3rd gear burnouts going?
With a practically standard enigne?
How do you do it?
Doens't the rear of the car start tramping like a kangaroo on speed?
