 Re: B140 Bakkie
DD, isnt it good to know 30yrs of technology cant stop the A series engine.

heres approx how much they are
75,490.00 South Africa Rand = 16,140.94 Australia Dollars or 12,541.50 USDollars.

A while ago, I emailled Nissan in SA and they sent me a nice brochure on these trucks. Theres a Champ model and a Bakkie model, Nissan model codes 408 and B01 respectively.
From this brochure I can only see these differences from our beloved '71-73' B110's.

A14 1397cc 9.4:1 compression max 47kw@6000 5 speed box 45ltr fuel tank 758kg's mass gas shocks brakebooster
better safety belts trip meter modern plastic gx-style steering wheel coupe style dash square headlights black bumped bars plastic grill w/ new nissan logo 3.845 metres in length

this brochure is probably about a year old, its got the nissan SHIFT_expectations gimmick on it. nissan co za it might be out of date by now, it also doesnt reference the model number B140 ?
